What is DANCEALATES®: Barre? A flowing, energizing workout that combines the core principles of Pilates with the strengthening, lengthening and toning techniques found in traditional jazz and ballet barre workouts. The perfect blend of deep muscle toning, core strength and flexibility with rhythms to fuel the fun and take your fitness to the next level.
This is a bare foot class please bring a mat or towel as there is some work on the floor. We will be playing showtunes the entire class. (Singing optional)
